With the arrival of the contractor, the construction and renovation of the children’s playgrounds in Pujanki and Trstenik began, with a contract term of 60 days. Work is underway on the renovation of the existing children’s playground, approximately 300 square meters on Pujanka Street, in front of buildings 71 to 77. The second playground, on Šima Ljubic Street in Trstenik, covers approximately 400 square meters.

Both locations already have children’s play equipment, which was inadequate due to its quality and space, and the area was not safe enough for children.

The projects envisage a spatial and functional solution, the provision of a children’s playground within the scope of the procedure, the supply and installation of children’s play equipment, the construction of a children’s playground, the fencing of the playground, and the supply and installation of municipal equipment such as benches, picnic tables, and trash cans.
All pedestrian areas of the playground will be continuous, without high jumps, and with an appropriate gradient to allow wheelchair users and mothers with small children in strollers to access and use the playground.
The contracting authority for the construction and finishing work on the decoration of the children’s playgrounds in Pujanki and Trstenik is Gradjenje Split d.o.o., while the procurement and installation of the equipment will be carried out by Invent Co d.o. The work will be carried out in accordance with the project documentation prepared by Albus d.o., which will also supervise the work.
